Key Responsibilities

- Engage in the creation of user stories, sprint planning, and test case development within an agile project framework.
- Prepare briefing materials to communicate results to federal client leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, including agendas, minutes, Microsoft planner boards, and correspondence.
- Facilitate client meetings as required.
- Track all action items, client specifications, deliverables, and project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Survey Design and Development
- Complete necessary documentation for Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Privacy Approval processes to gain survey approval.
- Design and develop comprehensive surveys to capture detailed and relevant data regarding organizational culture.
- Implement best practices in survey methodology to ensure high response rates and data reliability while minimizing bias.
- Conduct rigorous pre-testing of survey instruments to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define survey objectives and appropriate sampling methods.
- Continuously enhance survey design by integrating feedback from pre-tests and staying informed on advancements in survey methodologies.
- Incorporate advanced techniques such as randomization and skip logic to improve data quality.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in all survey instruments.
Survey Collection and Management
- Oversee the deployment of surveys, ensuring timely and efficient data collection.
- Implement robust management practices to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a BA/BS or 5+ years with a master's degree in survey design and analysis.
- Proven experience in designing comprehensive surveys with high response rates.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis using software such as SPSS, R, or SAS.
- Experience in creating visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Extensive experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics and Medallia.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of prototyping and requirement analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain trusting client relationships.

- Eligibility to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
