Position: Bilingual Employment and Education Specialist 3 - Full-Time

Location: Not specified

Compensation: $21.38 per hour, plus a bi-weekly stipend of $40 for proficiency in a second language

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist high school students and adults in gaining practical work experience
  • Design and implement employment strategies and facilitate job placements and internships
  • Establish connections with local employers to enhance access to job and educational opportunities
  • Organize internship experiences and provide vocational counseling

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • High School Diploma or GED/Hi-Set with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree in human services

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and possess strong computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to transport participants as needed
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region
