Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with guests, management, and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions for guest recommendations.
