Practical Nurse

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing general nursing care to patients within your scope of licensure. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize the nursing process to facilitate continuing health care to individuals, families, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing direct patient care services, including administration of medications and performing routine medical procedures.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicating effectively with patients and families to educate them about their care and treatment options.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of practical nursing and be licensed as a LPN in the State of NH. A Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate is also required. If you have a strong foundation in practical nursing principles and practices and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
