Job Overview

Covenant Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, following established standards and practices.
  • Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures, preparing patients for examination/visit and obtaining vital signs.
  • Document patient charts, including returned phone calls, missed appointments, and clinical issues.
  • Perform patient triage, screens, and documents patient calls, determining the urgency of the problem.
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and other measured injectables, as per provider orders.
Requirements:
  • Current New Hampshire LPN license required.
  • BLS/CPR, AED Certification required.
  • 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
