Role Overview:
Under general supervision, you will provide bell and valet services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs. Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming guests arriving at the hotel, regardless of their mode of transportation.
- Assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a smooth transition into the hotel.
- Noting any existing vehicle damage upon arrival and documenting it appropriately.
- Collaborating with the Doorman to escort guests and their luggage into the lobby for check-in.
- Clearly explaining valet parking procedures and associated fees.
- Providing accurate directions to the registration area.
- Parking vehicles securely and labeling key tags with necessary information.
- Driving vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Offering general directions and information to guests.
- Opening vehicle doors to assist guests.
- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns regarding transportation, hotel services, and local attractions.

As the first point of contact, you will greet guests warmly and assist with unloading luggage, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to check-in. Professionalism and courtesy are paramount, and you will be expected to:

- Greet guests within close proximity and offer assistance proactively.
- Demonstrate confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
- Engage in continuous training and personal development, particularly in hospitality skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Knowledge/Skills: Basic customer service skills, fluency in English (oral and written), and familiarity with local establishments and the surrounding community.
- Must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles and possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include:
- Ability to see objects and people at various distances.
- Capability to grasp handles, carry bundles, and lift packages.
- Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 65 lbs throughout the shift.

Work Environment:
This position is physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs, with intermittent exposure to outdoor elements. It is primarily an indoor role.
