Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering an unparalleled customer experience. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Motivate and inspire staff to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to fulfill inventory needs.
  • Assist with scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fashion retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
