Assistant Store Manager Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Department: Retail

Location: Miami Design, MIA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Golden Goose. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing supervisory and operational support to the Store Manager, ensuring the schedule and store objectives are met by the team, and promoting and selling products by identifying our customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing store strategy
  • Ensure the team meets schedule and store objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Lead by example, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store appearance
  • Guarantee a proper Customer Relationship Management, adhering to company standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company projects, effectively communicating them to the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
  • 1-2 years of relevant store management experience
  • Leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Pro-active, problem-solving attitude with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Other languages a plus
  • Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
