About the Role

The David Yurman Store Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals, oversee store operations, and develop strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
    • Lead and motivate sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Client Experience and Service
    • Lead a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring all associates deliver a positive and rewarding client experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and drive repeat business
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Store Operations and Management
    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
    • Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency, productivity, and profitability
    • Manage store budgets, ensuring expenses are controlled and aligned with company goals
  • Talent Development and Training
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals and store associates
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service
    • Lead succession planning, identifying and developing future leaders within the organization

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail sales management experience in a luxury goods environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing store profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
