We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the New Tru by Hilton Kansas City Airport Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be willing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Operate the front desk, handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Able to work 16-24 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Available to work 8-hour shifts between 11pm-7am
  • Weekend availability is required
