About the Role

Sales Bizlab is looking for a skilled Phone Agent Professional to provide top-notch customer service in our Orlando office.

This full-time position involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Main Duties:

  1. Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  2. Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and document customer interactions.
  3. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of problems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
