We are looking for a highly skilled Call Center Manager to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Care Representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business results through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Care Representatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve with urgency.
  • Able to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
