Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spinal Therapy Support Specialist to join our team at Mattia Spinal Care & Rehab Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aids chiropractor during physical examination of patients, gives specified office treatments, and maintains patients' records.
  • Presents patients to the examining room and assists with lifting and turning as needed.
  • Administers physiotherapy treatments under the supervision of the chiropractor.
  • Answers telephone calls, schedules appointments, and records treatment information on patient charts.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or High-School Diploma required.
  • Experience in a chiropractic office preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, social perceptiveness, active listening, monitoring, service orientation, coordination, bilingualism (a plus), multi-tasking, and a positive attitude.
