  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage busy shifts effectively, addressing challenges during service, maintaining communication with the team, and assisting the Front of House manager.

Qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a keen interest in the operational aspects of kitchen management, including forecasting orders, pricing menus, analyzing costs, adhering to health codes, managing inventory, and budgeting labor.
  • Leadership and Training: Exhibit the ability to mentor and train culinary staff in techniques that ensure consistent quality. Be prepared to lead and manage a team in alignment with our company culture.
  • Work Ethic: Willingness to commit to approximately 45 hours per week and go the extra mile to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments that require quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire for Growth: Show enthusiasm for learning and implementing innovative practices.


Compensation: The position offers a salary of $50,000 plus benefits, including two weeks of paid vacation, a monthly case of beer, and potential bonus opportunities.
