Customer Experience Manager

At Michaels, we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the customer experience team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure seamless store operations
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
