Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at RPM Living. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a positive living experience, and contributing to the overall success of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the resident experience, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Offer a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office, providing a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  • Maintain awareness of property competitors and contribute ideas to improve resident retention and satisfaction.
  • Contact and follow up on renewals, new residents, and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Answer and handle incoming issues from current residents, providing excellent service and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Create a renewal program to optimize lease renewals and decrease resident turnover, analyzing data and implementing strategies to improve results.
  • Develop and execute strategies for optimizing online reputation and resident satisfaction surveys, working closely with the Community Manager to achieve goals.
  • Plan and execute fun activities for residents, fostering a sense of community and promoting resident engagement.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of related experience preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of property operations, marketing principles, and practices, with a strong understanding of customer service and relations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and industry-specific software.
  • Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possession of a valid driver's license.
