About the Role

PDS Health is seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial obligations to landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including lease administration and financial management.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with landlords, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist in maintaining the efficacy of systems related to new dental office openings and lease term adherence.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate Process Managers to identify leases requiring pre-paid rental amounts and collect necessary information.
  • Abstract new landlord leases into the Property Works real estate management system, including all lease terms and monthly rents.
  • Process monthly rents to landlords through the AP-File of recurring rents.
  • Assist in creating monthly AP-Files for miscellaneous payments to landlords, including utilities and reconciliation payments.
  • Collect and process landlord billing, including daily mail and electronic statements.
  • Identify and address account balances, review landlord ledgers, and process applicable credits or amounts due.
  • Track receipt of CAM Reconciliations and yearly CAM amount changes, updating Property Works and processing applicable credits or amounts due.
  • Assist Asset Manager with tracking Estoppels and SNDAs requested by landlords, requesting information as needed and coordinating with in-house counsel.
  • Process landlord changes due to property sales and remit address changes, updating Property Works and communicating changes to Accounting and Risk Departments.
  • Upload and abstract any Amendments to Lease with regards to Term Extensions, Expansions, and Relocations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of commercial property management experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • General understanding of accounting and real estate principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft software applications and standard office equipment.
  • Preferred experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.
