About the Role

Vinfen is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Behavioral Health to lead our Behavioral Health Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our behavioral health and addiction services, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for behavioral health and addiction services, aligning with Vinfen's overall mission and goals.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in the development and implementation of new behavioral health and addiction programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of behavioral health and addiction services with other Vinfen programs and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining a high level of quality and safety in our services.
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Represent Vinfen in external forums, advocating for the needs and interests of our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, management, policy, social work, psychology, or mental health counseling.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in managing or overseeing behavioral health and/or addiction services.
  • Proven track record of strategic thought leadership in behavioral health and addiction service delivery and market reform.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and continuously strengthen a data-driven approach to managing operational, clinical, and financial performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex internal and external environments, negotiating, mediating, and resolving conflicts as needed.
