About the Role

Vinfen is seeking a skilled Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a licensed clinician, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient-centered clinical assessments and evaluations, engaging clients and families in the treatment planning process.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and referrals.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients, providing interventions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation, adhering to internal and external regulations.
  • Coordinate treatment and care with other providers, including primary care and medical specialists.
  • Act as a liaison between Vinfen programs, state agencies, and community referral sources.
  • Participate in educational trainings, seminars, and clinical rounds to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contracted payor requirements.
  • Provide after-hours on-call coverage in rotation with other program staff.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a related clinical field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar behavioral health setting is required.
  • LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts is required.
  • CANS certification is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual/bicultural applicants are preferred.
