Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Transaction Processing
    • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
    • Prepare and issue checks, electronic payments, and deposit slips.
    • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Data Entry and Documentation
    • Enter financial data into accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Organize and file financial documents and records in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Support and Coordination
