Traffic Control Specialist

As a Traffic Control Flagger with AWP Safety, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of workers and the general public on roadways. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment, collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all.

- Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
- Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients.

- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
- Experience driving.
- Must meet company pre-employment screening requirements, including a drug test, background check, and MVR.
- Washington State Flagger Certification required.
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 to $20.00/Hourly pay based on experience, guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
