Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Spotting and Directing Traffic: Safely direct customers and work trucks to designated dump sites, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Traffic Management: Effectively manage traffic flow by moving signs and cones as needed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • General Site Cleanup: Participate in general site cleanup activities as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: At least 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a labor-type position.
  • Lifting and Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Experience operating equipment is a plus, but not required.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the entire shift.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
  • Weather Exposure: Exposed to different weather conditions year-round.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Physical Activity: Extensive physical activity required, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 50 to 75 pounds.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate heavy equipment, skid steer, and forklift safely.
  • Tool Operation: Knowledge of light and heavy equipment operation and maintenance, as well as the ability to use hand and power tools applicable to the trade.
