About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Deterrent: Maintain a professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store to prevent potential loss and dishonesty.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers appropriately, demonstrate courtesy and respect, and respond to customer requests for assistance.
  • Incident Reporting: Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
  • Store Safety: Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management and adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
  • Documentation: Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound Decision Making: Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize and organize workload effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of retail or security experience.
