About the Role

Fairview Park Hospital is committed to delivering patient-centered care, and we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit team. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and reassess patient condition, initiating a plan of care and beginning discharge planning on admission.
  • Provide patient care, maintaining and applying current nursing standards and clinical competency, including the National Patient Safety Goals.
  • Meet the personal and practical needs of patients and families, using effective communication skills and accepting accountability for completion of assignments.

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure and a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
