Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in the clinical aspects of patient care within the CorrectHealth team.
As a key member of the healthcare team, the LPN participates in delivering quality care to patients, working collaboratively with law enforcement and other healthcare professionals.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Health Services Administrator (HSA), Mid-Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision, the LPN performs duties that require knowledge and ability to provide quality care within the correctional environment.
Maintaining the highest standards and ethics of nursing, the LPN adheres to applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies' guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate from a national or state-approved school of nursing program.
- Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
- American Heart Association BLS certified.
- Corrections experience is a plus.
