Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Senior Accountant with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with extensive experience in larger ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quarterly account reconciliations and closing processes to guarantee precise financial statements.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and reconcile store-level financials.
  • Assist with fixed asset reconciliation and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Prepare and record general ledger journal entries.
  • File sales tax returns and compile compliance reports for banking.
  • Support both external and internal audits by preparing necessary reports and workpapers.
  • Investigate accounting data to address financial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities for the preparation of returns.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as required.
  • Aid in the quarterly inventory process.
