Residential Roofing Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Supervisor to lead our Residential Roofing Sales team. As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development opportunities in and outside of the field.
- Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
- Assist sales meetings, review pipelines, and sales performance.
- Interview potential sales representatives and build a high-performing team.
- Minimum of 3 years of strong direct roofing sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations.
Uncapped commission, with typical project commissions approximately $1,500/project. Typical 1st-year sales: 100+ projects, 2nd year 150-200 projects.
