The Opportunity

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of sales leadership experience and at least 3 years of sales experience in a highly competitive fast-paced atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate a Team
As a Roofing Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of roofing Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Develop Strategic Sales Plans
You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
Build Strong Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters, providing guidance and support to sales team members.
Scout Market Opportunities
Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities, assisting sales meetings, reviewing pipelines, and sales performance.
Interview Sales Representatives
Interview potential Sales Representatives and build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
Strong Direct Roofing Sales Experience
Minimum of 3 years of strong direct roofing sales, with a proven track record of success.
Leadership Skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience managing a sales team.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Industry Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations.
Compensation:
Uncapped commission opportunities, with typical project commissions ranging from $1,500/project.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year, based on performance and experience.
