The Role

As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development opportunities.
  • Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Assist sales meetings, review pipelines, and sales performance.
  • Interview potential sales representatives and build a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of strong direct roofing sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations.

What We Offer:

  • Uncapped commission
  • Typical project commissions approx $1,500/project
  • Typical 1st-year sales: 100+ projects, 2nd year 150-200 projects
