Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a US Basel IV Regulatory Capital Vice President. This is a key role that will play a critical part in the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Capital Management: Manage the calculation and reporting of the IHC's RWA, Capital, and Single Counterparty Credit Limits and build out of the Basel IV program.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with client relationships, and implement measures to minimize potential losses.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Research and understand industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Solution Design: Design customized solutions that address client-specific needs and objectives, incorporating a range of products and services from our portfolio.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Communicate the value proposition of proposed solutions, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the bank.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide guidance to clients to support their financial decisions, offering expert investment advice, risk management, and wealth management strategies support.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document all client interactions, transactions, and agreements to ensure transparency and auditability, and communicate findings effectively to support product development and service offerings.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of relationship management efforts.
