Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they are seated, ensure tables are clean and well-set, and provide menus and daily specials.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Receive food and beverage orders, communicate accurately with the kitchen via Toast, and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
  • Table Management: Buss tables, ensure food is prepared correctly, and return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen.
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist with cleaning the dining area, preparing tableware and condiments, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Age and Certification: Must be 18+ years of age and successfully complete state required certification and obtain food handlers credentials.
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational and Technical Skills: Well-organized with the ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately, and proficient in operating point-of-sale systems.
