Job Description
The Administrative Support Associate role at Bramble Enterprises, LLC involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team in Harrisonburg. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Scheduling appointments and assigning daily work/calls to other team members.
  • Performing marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience in HVAC and/or plumbing.
  • Ability to work in an on-call rotation for weeknights and weekends during peak time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year,
