Organizational Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage payroll systems and ensure accurate processing.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including eligibility and anniversary dates.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed.
- Develop and execute an annual position-specific training curriculum.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of human resource management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM software.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Estimated salary: $82,500 - $92,500 per year.
