Accounts Payable Specialist

At Randstad, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, travel and expense reimbursement, and contribute to financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit employee expense reimbursements according to Inova T&E and IRS policy
  • Resolve old 2023 stranded T&E reimbursement requests
  • Email employees and approving managers for stranded expenses
  • Refer to the OIR and the Incoming Invoice reports to identify old invoices
  • Check vendor statements for current and past invoices
  • Log into Oracle Payables Invoice module to retrieve supplier contact information

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable – Travel and Expense reimbursement
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
