Role Overview:
Support the sales team in formulating and executing sales strategies for leisure packages and services.
Prepare and disseminate marketing materials, sales kits, and proposals to prospective clients.
Respond to inquiries from potential clients, providing comprehensive information about leisure offerings.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and individual guests.
Follow up with clients after their visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Oversee the booking process for leisure packages, including reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to guarantee seamless service delivery for leisure guests.
Maintain precise records of bookings, client information, and sales activities.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for the leisure segment.
Keep an organized database of client contacts and sales leads.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel's leisure offerings.
Address any issues or concerns from leisure guests promptly and professionally.
Ensure all guest requests and special arrangements are handled efficiently.
Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously enhance leisure services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or coordination role within the hospitality sector.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Occasional lifting and carrying of promotional materials and equipment.
