Job Opportunity: Paid Media Specialist

HomeX Services Group is seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to drive the success of our digital marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring we reach the right audiences and achieve the best ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our AI-powered marketing tool to refine targeting, optimize budget allocation, and monitor real-time results.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Ahrefs to identify the best keywords for our paid search campaigns.
  • Analyze competitor activity and stay ahead of the game by identifying new opportunities to stand out.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment with our goals.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions by refining ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
  • Develop and refine audience segments, including retargeting and lookalike audiences, to ensure we reach the right people.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and privacy regulations in the digital ad space.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong research skills, with experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and SpyFu.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to dive into data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Ads Certification, or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, and familiarity with Optimizely or Google Optimize for CRO.
  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
