Responsibilities include executing intermediate to advanced electro-mechanical assembly tasks and performing basic job setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble component parts into sub-assemblies and complete fixtures, including intricate wiring using appropriate crimps, ties, and loops.
  • Conduct functional testing procedures as necessary.
  • Interpret and understand bills of materials and technical drawings.
  • Perform setups utilizing basic tools, jigs, and tests.
  • Review equipment protocols essential for setup with a keen sense of complexity.
  • Execute additional job duties as required.
Qualifications:

The successful Production Assembler will be an experienced individual capable of leading as a hands-on assembler to facilitate growth and maximize potential.

Required qualifications include:

  • Understanding of customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures and systems.
  • Effective listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and engage in discussions appropriately.
  • Logical reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
  • Proficiency in understanding written documents related to work.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
  • Self-monitoring and assessment of performance for improvement.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:
  • Engage in keying, typing, sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain constant mental and visual attention; work may be repetitive or diversified, requiring ongoing alertness in a manufacturing setting.
  • Typically performed under comfortable working conditions, with minimal disagreeable elements.
  • Adhere to company attendance standards.
  • Experience varying noise levels in manufacturing environments.
