Production Assembler Job Summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our dynamic Production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing intermediate to advanced electro-mechanical assembly operations and basic job set-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble component parts into sub-assemblies and complete fixtures, including complex wiring using proper crimps, ties, and loops.
  • Perform functional test procedures as appropriate.
  • Read and comprehend a bill of materials and drawings.
  • Perform set-ups using basic tools, jigs, and tests.
  • Review equipment protocols necessary within setup with a sense of complexity.
  • Other job duties as required.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to solder through hole and surface mount components.
  • Ability to read and explain schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs occasionally.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Knowledge of testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures and systems.
  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, complex technical issues in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to take initiative by identifying problems, conceptualizing resolutions, and implementing change.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects to ensure all deadlines are met.
