Job Summary

The Production Assembler II - Electronics Specialist is a critical role within Luminator Technology Group, responsible for ensuring the efficient assembly and installation of electronic components and systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electronic equipment, assembly procedures, and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, and specifications to determine materials requirements for assembly.
  • Assemble electrical, electronic systems, or support structures to install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or casings using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding tools.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical, electronic components in correcting defects while ensuring conformance to specifications.
  • Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.
  • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to others.
  • Perform functional test procedures as appropriate.
  • Read and comprehend a bill of materials and drawings.
  • Perform set-ups using basic tools, jigs, and tests.
  • Review equipment protocols necessary within setup with a sense of complexity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • Technical and business knowledge to include financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools.
Working Conditions
