Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler II to join our team at Luminator Technology Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electrical, electronic systems, and support structures to install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or casings using various tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements for assembly.
  • Assemble electrical, electronic systems, or support structures to install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or casings using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding tools.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical, electronic components in correcting defects while ensuring conformance to specifications.
  • Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.
  • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to others.
  • Perform functional test procedures as appropriate.
  • Read and comprehend a bill of materials and drawings.
  • Perform set-ups using basic tools, jigs, and tests.
  • Review equipment protocols necessary within setup with a sense of complexity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • Technical and business knowledge to include financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel; proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications is also required, including but not limited to Word and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools required.
Working Conditions

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of the job. The noise level in the work environment is intense in manufacturing settings and moderate in other situations.
