As a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at the Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Our interdisciplinary department provides a collaborative environment where you can grow and develop your skills. You will work closely with physicians and other health professionals to assess patients with voice, upper airway, and/or swallowing deficits and develop individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subspecialized voice, airway, resonance, and swallowing disorders, with a minimum of three years of experience in a medical setting. We offer a competitive salary range: $71,760.00 - $101,400.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with voice, upper airway, and/or swallowing deficits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in the field.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Current SLP License from the State of Texas
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
