We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Professional to join our team at Sonic Anatomic Pathology. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate processing and preparation of patient specimens.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in specimen collection and processing, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment. You will be responsible for performing routine laboratory tasks, including specimen processing, quality control, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities- Process patient specimens according to established protocols and procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to strict safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in specimen collection and processing, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
