Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Pathology to lead our team at Staff Icons in Dallas, TX. As the top medical professional in this role, you will oversee all aspects of Pathology services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing leadership to a group of 48 general and subspecialty trained Surgical Pathologists.

The ideal candidate will have an M.D or M.D/Ph.D degree and be board certified in combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Additional certification in a subspecialty area is a plus. You must also possess an unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas State.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to integrate AP/CP services according to institutional needs. You will work closely with the Director to ensure seamless operations and participate in training students, residents, and staff.

Estimated Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 per year
