Job Title: Swing Shift Monitor

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a skilled and compassionate Swing Shift Monitor to join our team. As a Swing Shift Monitor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our residential treatment program, while providing a supportive treatment environment for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remain alert and awake during the entire overnight shift, ensuring the safety and security of the program and participants.
  • Update tracking logs and send reports to relevant departments before the end of the shift.
  • Complete absent without leave (AWOL) and AWOL retraction reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records by data entering documentation into various electronic systems.
  • Upload medication logs, medication records, and other relevant documents to counselors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation.
  • Support the medical team in ensuring participant medication is securely stored and properly accounted for.
  • Restock supplies in bathrooms, Health and Wellness Room, and Administrative Office.
  • Check phone messages and forward to appropriate staff or email staff with information.
  • Assist the medical team with medication box audits.
Requirements:
  • Registration with Drug and Alcohol Certification recognized by Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • First Aid Certified within 30 days of employment.
  • CPR Certified within 30 days of employment.
  • A valid California driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with issues of substance abuse, mental health, and criminal background.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Drug and Alcohol Certification recognized by DHCS.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Knowledge of gender-responsive, trauma-informed, and co-occurring treatment.
