- Offering emotional support and motivation to help clients complete essential tasks.
- Assisting with mobility, which may involve helping clients transition between a bed, chair, or wheelchair.
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
- Monitoring and documenting any changes in the client's health, behavior, and overall needs.
