We are seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to deliver exceptional support to our clients. The caregiver will be responsible for developing and adhering to a personalized care schedule, adjusting care plans as needed based on medical guidance, and documenting any changes in the client's condition or requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, which may include personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Implementing a prescribed health plan, which may involve aiding with physical activities and administering medications.
- Maintaining a safe and organized living environment tailored to the client's needs, which may include light housekeeping duties.
- Offering emotional support and motivation to help clients accomplish necessary tasks.
- Providing mobility assistance, including helping clients transition between beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
- Monitoring and communicating any changes in the client's health, behavior, or needs.
