We are in search of dedicated and reliable caregivers to deliver exceptional support to our clients. The caregiver will develop and adhere to a daily care regimen, adjust care strategies as directed by healthcare professionals, and communicate any emerging conditions or requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with personal hygiene tasks, which may encompass bathroom assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.
  • Adhering to a prescribed health management plan, which may involve facilitating physical activities and administering medications.
  • Ensuring the client's living environment is tailored to their needs and that safety protocols are effectively implemented. Light housekeeping duties may also be part of the role.
  • Offering emotional support and motivation to help clients complete essential tasks.
  • Assisting with mobility needs, such as helping clients transition in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
  • Transporting or accompanying clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
  • Monitoring and documenting any changes in health status, behavior, and requirements.
