Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive 10-week internship program that includes training on the Medicare business, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and refine your selling and presentation skills through selling competitions, simulated practice, and job shadowing.
  • Gain an understanding of the Direct to Consumer Sales model and its role in overall distribution.
  • Work closely with a team of experienced sales professionals to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
  • Rising Senior during the summer of 2025.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
