About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing new and existing business opportunities within a defined territory for ABM Industries, focusing on Mechanical/HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the facilities services industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out new business opportunities through cold calls, customer interactions, and networking.
  • Identify and execute growth strategies for existing clients.
  • Develop and present pricing options for service and maintenance agreements.
  • Benchmark partner facilities to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong business partnerships and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Generate and deliver impactful proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities services, specifically Mechanical/HVAC solution selling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead customer engagements and manage the sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with existing clients and facilitate add-on business.
