Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Cynet Systems is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phones, creating written materials, and processing paperwork and electronic records.
  • Document Management: Manage sensitive documents and confidential information with discretion, ensuring they are properly filed and stored.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using SharePoint, shared calendars, and scheduling tools in Outlook.
  • Spreadsheets and Data Management: Create spreadsheets for data management and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of an existing administrative team and grant project managers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least two years' experience in a fast-paced office performing support staff tasks.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using SharePoint, shared calendars, and scheduling tools in Outlook.
  • Discretion and Trustworthiness: Ability to handle sensitive documents and confidential information with discretion and work alone or away from staff.
